Staying overlong is madness. Going home is sanity.

Reader, hey you.

It's raining here today and I'm really feeling the book, tea, couch vibes; especially as I'm on day 1 of my bleed – my energy plummet drastically yesterday.

Instead of sharing my words today, I'm sharing words from a woman I tune into for deep guidance: Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Ph.D, author of Women Who Run With The Wolves.

In no particular order on the cost of being driven without enough connection to your feminine energy and soul - your home.

  • When a woman is gone too long from home, her ability to perceive how she's truly feeling and thinking about herself and all other matters beings to dry and crack.
  • She is not perceiving what is too much, what is not enough, she runs right over her own edges.
  • She is less and less able to propel herself forward in life.
  • Such a woman becomes pale yet contentious, more and more uncompromising, yet scattered.
  • Her fuse burns shorter and shorter.
  • Popular culture calls this "burnout" – but it's more than that, it's the starving soul.
  • When women have an odd sense that they are accomplishing much but feel little satisfaction.

Yet women continue in their day-to-day routines, looking sheepish, acting guilty and smirky. "Yes, yes, yes, I know" they say. "I should, but, but, but...". It is the "buts" in their sentences that are the dead giveaways that they have stayed too long [from home].

Home is a sustained mood or sense that allows us to experience, feelings not necessarily sustained in the mundane world: wonder, vision, peace, freedom from worry, freedom from demands.

Staying overlong is madness. Going home is sanity.

I felt ALL of this as I moved into exhaustion. The flashing warning signs 🚨I was blind to then, but now I can see them glaring clearly in so many women.

Our limiting belief is that we must work hard to achieve. And yet this also forces us to think the way out must also be hard, long, time consuming, and effortful.

Wrong. It can be easy and effortless. 🎠

As my client Beth found out. She's busy with full long days of meetings at work πŸ‘©πŸ½β€πŸ’» followed by evenings to attend to serious family affairs and personal health. She was doing all the healthy self-care practices right but was still stressed, still overwhelmed.

It doesn't have to be so hard.

It can be as easy as implementing one 10-minute practice into your day that will remove months of build up of physical, mental and emotional stress.πŸ’«

This golden 10-minute practice is the starting point when working with me.πŸ₯‚

I don't really believe in long-term results from quick fixes, but with this tool I do.

This is the exact tool I use and it still WOWs me every time. 🀩 Just as it WOWed Beth. Just as it's WOWed all my clients.

It's time to come home. It's time to reconnect to what lights up your heart and soul.

  • ❌ Stop saying "yes, yes, yes, I know"
  • ❌ Stop saying "I should, but, but, but..."
  • ❌ Wake up!

In 2 weeks you could be feeling so much better.

Let's initiate you back home and into a luxurious life with simplicity and ease. 🐚πŸͺ·πŸŒ»

πŸ‘‰ Say "yes, yes, yes!" to a chat.

Not, "yes, yes, yes, I know". It's too late for that.

With warmth,

Rhianna

Reader, hey you. The women before us – or perhaps even you – have proved without shadow of a doubt that we can succeed as well as any man, but it came with a cost. The cost of denying our feminine: The epidemic of overwhelm, stress, and exhaustion amongst women. The disconnection from our bodies due to feeling unsafe, leading to pain, sickness, and loss of sensuality and sexuality. The trauma resulting from the idolization of the female body for the male gaze. The fatigue of always bearing...

I believe the next age of feminism will normalize women acting more like women & less like men. An age of honoring the feminine. My mother was part of the generation of women who proved without a shadow of a doubt that women can succeed in a man’s world by working like a man. That narrative has served its purpose, but now it is time for a new narrative that serves & honors women better. I am not a man. So I should not have to work like one to live a life that fulfills me. I am part of the...

Reader, hey you! I shared last week the story of a client who, within 2 weeks of starting to work with me, eliminated the pressure of anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm by implementing the daily 10-minute practice & changing nothing else. It touched my heart because I had the same experience: quick & potent results. And, truly, I'd love more women to feel this. So, I decided to teach this 10-minute practice, for the first and likely only time starting June 1. If you’re stressed,...
